2003 Barolo: Ten Years Later (Jun 2014)

The 2003 Barolo Bricco Ambrogio has held up nicely. Dark red cherry, plum, cloves, new leather and licorice meld together in a mid-weight, fleshy, attractive Barolo with plenty of freshness. As always, the Bricco Ambrogio stands out in the Scavino range for its immediacy and fruit-driven personality.
