Shipping rates vary depending on the country and volume of your order. Use our shipping calculator for an estimate. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If your country is not included, we may be able to provide you with a bespoke quote – contact us for more information. Don’t forget the buyer is responsible for any local customs duties and taxes so make sure to check this before purchasing.

Our full shipping policy can be found on our shipping and refunds page.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. In most instances we will be able to offer a refund or replacement.

However, we are unable to accept returns on condition note items (always marked with an asterisk), opened bottles or the remainder of a case.

Our full refunds policy can be found on our shipping and refunds page.

Orders must be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods and the goods must be returned in the same saleable condition as they were sold, subject to our returns policy. Collection and redelivery fees may apply.

Wine and spirits can be stored ‘under bond’ in the UK. This means that the duties and VAT are yet to be paid on this item. These will come due as soon as they are taken out of bond. We mark all our in bond items with this symbol IB. On these ones, you can choose to take them out of bond – Delivery – at which point, duty is added to the price of the item and VAT will be added at checkout. Or you can choose to keep this In Bond – no duty or VAT will be added. If you don’t have a bonded account but would like to keep this in bond, have a look at our HE Reserves page.

We specialize in unique and often vintage products. The age of our products means you should expect some wear and tear, especially on older products. However, sometimes we have products with more cosmetic blemishes than normal but we think they’re still worth offering to you, of course at a reduced price. These we’ll mark with an asterisk so you know what you’re buying – if you want to know specific conditions, please get in touch. We cannot offer refunds or replacements on these items though, so please make sure you’re happy before purchasing.
