2003 and 2002 Red Burgundies (Mar 2005)

Good red-ruby. Reticent but pure aromas of black fruits, licorice, mocha and underbrush. Juicy and tightly wound, with very good del ineation and energy in the mouth. But a bit youthfully muscular today, and tougher on the finish than the Beaux-Monts. I’d hold this for at least four or five years.
