Chablis 2011 and 2010 (Jul 2012)

Very sexy, ripe aromas of pina colada, powdered stone and pepper; at once powerful and open on the nose. Fat, sweet and highly concentrated, showing more volume and weight than the Blanchots. A distinctly gentle, silky style of Clos with noteworthy richness. This will be accessible early but appears to have the underlying structure for solid mid-term aging. Will these very ripe 2010s show more minerality with time in bottle, and will they shut down? This is 13% natural alcohol.
