2004 White Burgundies (Sep 2006)

Perfumed, refined aromas of lemon, spices and vanilla. Suave, sappy and juicy in the mouth, with harmonious lemon and citrus flavors carrying through to the subtly persistent back end. Densely packed and very nicely balanced. There was less oidium here than in Folatieres, noted winemaker Pierre Morey, who added that this cuvee was relatively easy to vinify in 2004.
