2010 Red Burgundies (Mar 2013)

Good bright dark red. Inviting aromas of cassis, blackberry and violet. Juicy, sappy and utterly captivating, with lovely floral lift and graphite complexity to the perfumed dark berry and spice flavors. Not at all thick but plenty intense. The finish is firm and persistent. This cuvee has been a bit too light in some recent vintages, but this year it’s a beauty.
