2011 and 2010 White Burgundies (Sep 2012)

(12% potential alcohol chaptalized to 12.2%; no new oak): Lime, quinine and white pepper on the pungent nose. Densely packed and adamantly stony, with electric cut to the middle palate. Finishes with a firm citrus edge and excellent length. This seems as vibrant as a 2010, and more austere than the 2011 Cailleret.
