Dark ruby-red. Sauvage aromas of cassis, black cherry, raw burger, coffee, dark chocolate, clove and scotch. Juicy, pungent and oak-spicy in the mouth; the wine mineral underpinning contributes to its impression of structure. Serious shiraz: dry and uncompromising on the back end, but tactile and persistent. Strong finishing note of black pepper.
