New Vintage Champagne Releases (Nov 2008)

(disgorged March, 2008) Bright, copper-pink with a strong bead. Deep, musky aromas of blood orange, pear, white flowers and minerals. Fresh and focused on entry, quickly becoming more muscular and displaying chewy red berry and cherry flavors in the middle palate, with an exotic anise quality. The red fruits carry through the gently chewy finish, which is given energy by a jolt of tangy minerals.
