(malo done, but this wasn’t scheduled to be fined until the end of June) Medium yellow. Ripe, clean, highly aromatic nose combines gingery spices, flowers and a honeyed nuance. Fat, silky, sweet and full, boasting strong yellow fruit flavors and impressive volume. This big boy really stains the palate with flavor, but I wanted a bit more lift and nuance. Remy notes that the pH here is a very healthy 3.15.
