2012 & 2013 Napa Valley: Too Close to Call (May 2024)

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a very pretty wine. It has always been on the lighter side, but it has aged very well nonetheless. Dark cherry, tobacco, spice and leather lend notable complexity. The 2013 remains quite young. It doesn’t show the natural power of the year, but it is exquisite.
